These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of digital products offered through LYSUMA. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

LYSUMA is a brand name used by the seller.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
LYSUMA currently sells digital products, including downloadable PDF guides and related digital materials.
No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
The main product currently offered is “Face Lifting Without Botox”, a digital facial exercise program that includes the main guide and additional digital materials.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The total price of the product, including applicable taxes where required, will be displayed during the purchasing process before the order is placed.
An order is considered accepted when the customer receives an order confirmation or the digital content is made available, subject to applicable law.
4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, access to the purchased files may be provided through the order confirmation page, order status page, email, or another electronic delivery method used by LYSUMA.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device, software, and internet connection necessary to download and use the digital content.
The digital guides are supplied primarily as PDF files and require software or a device capable of opening standard PDF documents.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND IMMEDIATE DELIVERY
Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal period for digital content, the customer may be asked before completing the purchase to expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that, once delivery begins, the customer may lose the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
Where such consent and acknowledgment are legally required, access to the digital content will be provided only after they have been given.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

6. REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS WITH DIGITAL CONTENT
Because the products are digital, purchases are generally non-returnable once delivery of the digital content has begun, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading the files, receive incorrect files, or believe that the digital content is defective or not provided as described, please contact us at contact@lysuma.com.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, restore access, provide replacement files, correct the problem, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
7. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a LYSUMA digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and store copies of the purchased files for your own use.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share, upload, commercially exploit, or make the purchased materials available to third parties without prior written permission from LYSUMA, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content included in LYSUMA digital products and on this website, including text, graphics, layouts, branding, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to the customer. The customer receives only the rights of use expressly described in these Terms.
9. HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
LYSUMA digital products are provided for general informational, educational, and wellness purposes.
They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Individual experiences and results may vary. No specific cosmetic, medical, health, or appearance-related result is guaranteed.
Customers should stop any exercise or technique that causes pain or significant discomfort and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
10. AI-GUIDED PERSONALIZATION
Some LYSUMA materials may include prompts or instructions intended for use with compatible third-party artificial intelligence services, such as AI assistants.
These tools are provided by independent third parties and are not controlled by LYSUMA.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular person. They should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or professional healthcare guidance.
The AI-related materials included with the program are intended to help organize information and exercises contained within the program and do not guarantee any particular result.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may use third-party services to provide website functionality, payment processing, digital delivery, analytics, or other features.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant third-party provider.
12. AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL CHANGES

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers under mandatory consumer protection laws.
